Raising Arrows Ministries is a Christ-centered boarding school and children's home for boys ages 9–16. We provide a safe, structured home environment where students grow academically, spiritually, and in character. Our goal is to help boys discover their God-given purpose and thrive in a family-style community.
Raising Arrows is designed for boys ages 9–16 who thrive in a structured, Christ-centered home environment. We specialize in helping boys with behavioral challenges, Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD), and those who would benefit from intensive mentoring and Biblical guidance.
While we are not a licensed therapeutic boarding school, we provide a highly structured, faith-based home with compassionate mentoring. We work closely with families and can coordinate with outside counseling services as needed.
The admissions process begins with a phone interview with parents. After the interview, families will receive an introductory email with an application for admission and a supply list. Before admission, each student must have a recent physical completed by a physician.
Once all enrollment requirements are met (application submitted, physical completed, and interview conducted), we will work with your family to set an official date for your son's arrival. The timeline varies based on individual circumstances.
As a ministry, we strive to keep this opportunity accessible to families who desire a Christian boarding school for their sons. Please contact us directly at 406-215-4357 to discuss tuition and financial arrangements.
Yes, we accept students from across the United States. Our location in Montana provides a peaceful, distraction-free environment regardless of where families are located.
Our daily routine includes structured academic time, devotionals, physical activities, chores, meals together as a family, and recreational time. We maintain a consistent schedule that provides stability and helps boys develop healthy habits.
We provide on-campus accredited education tailored to each student's individual needs and learning level. Students do not attend public or private schools off-campus.
We use a Christ-centered approach that emphasizes accountability, natural consequences, mentoring, and Biblical teaching. Our structured environment and small student-to-staff ratio allow us to provide personalized attention and guidance.
Yes, family visits can be arranged. We encourage family involvement and communication throughout your son's time at Raising Arrows. Please contact us to discuss visit schedules and arrangements.
Students typically remain on campus for the duration of their enrollment, though special arrangements for holidays may be discussed on a case-by-case basis with families.
